Job Description

Lead and oversee
end-to-end EVA Injection Moulding production operations
.
Manage production planning, machine utilization, and manpower allocation for smooth workflow.
Ensure quality compliance for
density, hardness, rebound, and color
in EVA products.
Drive
process optimization and cycle time reduction
to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
Collaborate with
R&D, QA, and Product Development teams
for new product trials and developments.
Monitor
raw material consumption
and coordinate with procurement for timely availability.
Implement and sustain
lean manufacturing and 5S practices
on the shop floor.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of
supervisors, operators, and technicians
to meet production targets.
Ensure adherence to
safety protocols, ISO standards, and compliance requirements
.

The role requires strong expertise in
EVA compounding, injection moulding processes, manpower management, quality control, and new product development.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless production, process optimization, and achieving cost, quality, and delivery targets.
