Senior Manager (Electrical)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical engineering aspects of our renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the design, development, and execution of large-scale renewable energy initiatives, including solar, wind, and energy storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical leadership and oversight for all electrical engineering and design activities.
• Manage and review electrical system design, including specifications, drawings, and calculations.
• Ensure projects comply with all relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee project lifecycle from conception and feasibility to commissioning and handover.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project integration and execution.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech / B.E in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the renewable energy sector.
• In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies and grid integration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹291,537.11 - ₹1,141,706.93 per year
