Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the development, dissemination, and maintenance of Value & Access (Health Economics & Outcomes Research [HEOR]) deliverables for selected key strategic assets for a specific disease/condition in Novartis Pharma / Oncology / Sandoz. Your primary deliverables will include cost-effectiveness models, budget impact models, and other activities directed by clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop optimal knowledge and experience in HEOR (Economic Modeling) - Develop and maintain qualitative and/or quantitative deliverables as per client requirements within agreed timelines - Liaise with clients on project schedules and planning of deliverables - Guide and review the work of new associates/junior colleagues to ensure quality deliverables - Handle adhoc and cross-functional requests and activities - Assist in developing additional guidance and training materials such as checklists and QA processes - Contribute to the improvement of assigned deliverables and guidance templates - Build long-term relationships with key clients - Train, mentor, coach, and ensure the functional development of new associates/junior colleagues within the PAS team - Effectively manage projects and stakeholders - Contribute to PAS initiatives and work-streams - Adhere to project management tools, standards, and policies - Maintain records for all assigned projects, including archiving - Ensure compliance with audit, SOP, and training requirements Qualification Required: - Possess pharmaceutical domain knowledge - Hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant scientific discipline along with a graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in a relevant field like health economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or business management - Proficient in MS-Office skills (MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-PowerPoint) - Have at least 7 years of experience in conducting PMA or health economic and outcomes research (HE&OR) for pharmaceutical products in the pharma industry, contract research organization, or academic institute, or a closely related discipline within the pharma industry - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive projects effectively Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the development, dissemination, and maintenance of Value & Access (Health Economics & Outcomes Research [HEOR]) deliverables for selected key strategic assets for a specific disease/condition in Novartis Pharma / Oncology / Sandoz.
