Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Digital Media, to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and the ability to manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficient Media Planning & Execution

  • Assuring 100% alignment of the media strategy & planning
  • Assuring the objective of the campaign has meet with a 360 degree planning & execution.
  • Controlling the outlay of campaign within the RO/EOD and assuring the deliverables with the most optimized way.
  • Assuring we establish learning, Hits & Misses of every campaign.

Campaign reporting of every campaign.

  • Assure that plan vs delivery is reported, every campaign is achieving planned KPI's.
  • All reports have to have PCA, with benchmark & evaluation compared to last campaign.

Presenting & aligning the Media strategy, planning & reports to all the internal stakeholders & to the management.

Team & Partners (Agency/Publishers/tech partners) Relationship Management

  • Ensure optimal work allocation & redeployment of resources as & when necessary
  • Single Point of Contact & responsible for managing, directing, monitoring & evaluating & reviewing agencies day to day work to ensure efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the brief, requirement, campaign objective & then translate the same to briefs to external partners.

Collaborating with agencies, partners, and publishers to brief on the campaigns & ensure smooth planning, execution & reporting of all the campaigns.

Campaign Optimum & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor & Analyse campaign performance metrics including Primary KPI's Reach, frequency, Impressions, clicks, views, engagements, traffic).
  • Utilize data & tools to track campaign performance against KPI's & benchmark providing insights & recommendations to increase effectiveness & efficiency.
  • Implement real-time adjustments to implementation plans as needed, based on performance data & market dynamics to maximize campaign ROI.

Collaboration on Investment & Trading

  • Establish & maintain relationships with external agencies, partners & publishers to understand new Media & Tech offerings
  • Evaluate partners, publishers & vendors proposals & opportunities, ensuring alignment of campaign objectives, budgetary constraints & quality standards.

Work with the internal Buying team & help them evaluate, review & close the media deals.

Process improvement & Efficiency

  • Continuously evaluate & refine implementation planning process, tools and workflows to enhance efficiencies, accuracy & scalability.
  • Identifying opportunities to automation, standardization & optimization to drive efficiency & cost effectiveness
  • Implement best practices & quality assurance of planning, optimizing & reporting so as to assure consistency, reliability & accuracy in all the campaigns

Compliance & Risk management

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, guidelines & best practices in strategizing & implementing media planning & buying.
  • Mitigate risk related to media investments, including brand safety, ad fraud & regulatory compliance, implementing safeguards & Protocols to protect brand interest & reputation.
  • Maintain accurate & up-to-date documentation and records of implementation planning activities, ensuring transparency & accountability in all dealings with agencies & Partners.

Market Research Insight

  • Stay informed about market trends, consumer behaviour & competitor activities in the assigned location, providing insights & recommendations to enrich the media planning decisions
  • Stay updated on the marketing tools & technologies to identify opportunities for targeting, segmenting, localizing & optimizing the plans.
