Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  basic and detailed engineering

  of batch process plants, including unit operations such as

  reaction, workup, filtration, drying, crystallization, distillation, and recovery

  .

• Product mapping

  in existing or new setups based on R&D packages and pilot trials.
• Develop critical engineering documentation:

• BFD (Block Flow Diagram), Cycle Time Analysis, Material & Energy Balance, Equipment Sizing, PFD (Process Flow Diagram), P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram), and HAZOP studies

  .
• Prepare

  equipment layout, plans, and elevation drawings

  .
• Generate

  process data sheets, utility data sheets, and technical bid evaluations

  .

• Troubleshoot

  operational challenges in existing plants.
• Conduct

  project cost estimation

  .
• Oversee

  pre-commissioning and commissioning

  of process plants.
• Ensure compliance with

  cGMP and USFDA requirements

  .

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering

  from

  IITs, NITs, or other premium institutes

  .

• 12-20 years of experience

  in

  batch process plants

  .
• Strong

  analytical and critical thinking skills

  .
• Excellent

  attention to detail

  and

  problem-solving abilities

  .
