Senior Manager Delivery Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery operations across multiple projects/business verticals.
• Drive operational excellence through performance monitoring, process optimization, and SLA adherence.
• Manage large teams, ensuring employee engagement, motivation, and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Training, HR, Finance, etc.) to support seamless operations.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement best practices, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Forecast resource requirements, allocate budgets, and manage P&L for the delivery function.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring consistent service delivery, escalations handling, and relationship building.
• Drive compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and groom future leaders by building strong succession planning within the team.

Qualification
