Job Description

Role Overview: As a Credit Portfolio Strategy Manager (Portfolio Optimization) at our company, your main responsibility will be to implement strategies and policies to ensure portfolio growth, maintain delinquencies within benchmark levels, and design new campaigns to achieve organizational goals in the Post Acquisition sub-vertical of the Credit & Fraud Risk Management function located in Gurugram. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and sustain portfolio delinquency rates below benchmark levels - Cross-sell offers to low and medium-risk segments - Utilize models and available data effectively for portfolio optimization - Track and monitor portfolio performance, taking corrective actions to maintain delinquency rates within benchmarks - Conduct data analytics, modeling, and segmentation for portfolio management - Identify segments to optimize cross-sell coverage of the portfolio - Encourage customer-driven actions such as increasing income-driven limit assignment - Create and monitor portfolio performance dashboard monthly - Review transaction declines daily, highlighting any gaps or abnormal patterns - Support the implementation of regulatory guidelines and network enhancements Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in economics, statistics, or business management - 6-8 years of post-qualification experience - Expertise in data analytics and modeling - Strong understanding of card business dynamics - Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SAS, TRIAD, V+, Python Additional Company Details: The preferred industry for this role is the Financial Services Industry (FSI). Join us in this role to contribute to maintaining portfolio loss rates and delinquencies within defined benchmarks, ensuring high authorization success rates, and designing campaigns to increase cross-sell as per plan. Your competencies in stakeholder management, communication, analytical skills, problem-solving, process orientation, and agility will be critical for success. You will engage with key external stakeholders like Credit Bureaus, Card Networks, and Vendors, as well as internal stakeholders across all functions.
