Senior Manager Contracts

As a Senior Manager Contracts at HN Safal, you will be responsible for managing the entire contracts lifecycle for large-scale real estate projects. Your role will involve inviting bids from various contractors and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality, preparing work orders, letters of acceptance, safety agreements, and contracts in line with company policies, and conducting comparison analysis for accurate evaluation and decision-making. You will need to manage change orders, escalation claims, and contract amendments to safeguard company interests, as well as assist in the preparation of tenders, RFPs, and bid evaluations for timely and efficient project execution. It is essential to ensure compliance with contractual obligations while coordinating with site, legal, and project teams. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum qualification of BE Civil / Diploma in Civil / B. Tech. / B. Sc. in Engineering and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in contracts management within real estate/construction. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project is required, along with strong analytical ability, detail-oriented nature, excellent negotiation skills, and drafting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati are also necessary.
