Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish Manage and lead a team of construction professionals, including contractors and subcontractors Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with building regulations Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of construction Monitor and report on project progress to senior management Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred) 12-15 years of experience in the construction industry Show more Show less
