Senior Manager - Construction

Purpose/Objective

The Construction Manager at Adani Realty in Mumbai will be a key player in overseeing and managing construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically within Adani Realty, and will possess strong leadership and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities of Role

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish - Manage and lead a team of construction professionals, including contractors and subcontractors - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with building regulations - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success - Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of construction - Monitor and report on project progress to senior management - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites

Technical Competencies

Advanced knowledge of construction management software,Proficiency in project scheduling and budgeting,Thorough understanding of building codes and regulations,Experience with value engineering and cost control

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field - Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred) - 12-15 years of experience in the construction industry
