Job Description

As a Team Leader for the Building Advisor & Services team, your primary responsibility will be to manage the teams providing services for Digital Building customers, Schneider Electric country teams, and service partners. This includes overseeing various services such as Building Advisor deployment, recurring services, and global quality assurance for deployments done by multiple hubs. The role is based in Bangalore with a hybrid working model. Your activities will involve stakeholder management across countries, category management, account teams, LOB, and external customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for team management to ensure that the team is motivated, trained, and equipped to effectively deliver services with adequate coverage. Tracking and driving continuous improvement in quality and efficiency through tools, processes, and training materials will also be part of your role. The main KPIs that you will be focused on include customer satisfaction (internal and external), meeting service, deployment, and internal KPIs such as on-time delivery, quality, efficiency, utilization, and cost recovery. Staff satisfaction, retention, and skill level improvement are also key metrics to monitor. Continuous improvement in all key areas of delivery is essential for success in this role. In terms of qualifications, you are required to have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics. A Diploma or Degree in Management would be considered an added advantage. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in customer services, experience in leading large-scale building automation projects, and the ability to set and track KPIs while identifying opportunities for improvement. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, especially in a global environment, are crucial. Experience in working with global customers and managing teams in multiple countries will be beneficial. Ideally, you should have 8 to 10 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years as a people manager. Experience in implementing energy efficiency improvement projects will also be advantageous. This is a full-time role with the reference number 00933F.,
