Senior Manager - Commercial - After Market

As a Senior Manager Commercial After Market at WIRTGEN INDIA, a member of the WIRTGEN GROUP and a John Deere Company, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving the business profitability in various After Market areas such as Spare parts, Service, AMC, FMC, Rental, etc. Your responsibilities will include monitoring existing internal controls, preparing new SOPs, analyzing commercial contracts, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring internal controls are established and strengthened. Key Responsibilities: - Structuring & Analysis of various commercial contracts for After Market. - Business partnering with various stakeholders to improve business sustainability & profitability. - Establishing and strengthening internal controls. - Providing input & ideas for efficiency improvement, process orientation, and automation. - Maintaining documentation and calculations in an appropriate manner. - Analyzing Business Proposals like Service contracts and machine Sales Proposals considering customer expectations and company interests. - Evaluating used machine proposals in terms of documentation, current condition, future usability, and target profitability. - Conducting Monthly Productivity & Efficiency analysis for workshops. - Ensuring adherence to various Rental contracts and timely execution. - Developing new MIS reports based on business needs and sharing them with management for review. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: ICWA. - Age: 28-33 years. - Experience: 6-8 years in the Heavy Engineering / Automobile Industry. Skills / Competencies: - Good Communication skills - both oral & written. - Strong Analytical Skills. - Problem-Solving ability for complicated tasks. - Good Presentation skills. - Interpersonal skills - tact & diplomacy. - Collaborative, Assertive & Influencing. - Planning & Organizing.
