Senior Manager Coding

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multispecialty operations across medical and surgical specialties
Manage large teams and oversee day-to-day operational performance
Ensure adherence to SLA, productivity, quality, and compliance metrics
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, including QA and Training teams
Monitor KPIs, performance reports, and implement corrective actions
Support transitions, ramp-ups, and new process implementations
Mentor and develop managers, team leads, and senior staff
