Job Description

Role Overview: As a Facilitator for the CLM Ops team under Client Coverage Delivery Operations at Standard Chartered Bank, your primary responsibility will be to devise and implement the Learning & Development strategy. You will play a key role in strategizing and executing Technical Training initiatives, ensuring that all training content is up-to-date and relevant to the business needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, industry perspective facilitation, overall learning agenda management, people & talent development, risk management, governance, and regulatory & business conduct compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize and execute Technical Training initiatives in partnership with SMEs - Facilitate implementation of curriculum and delivery of New Joiners Training - Enable Interdepartmental trainings and deliver regulatory/mandatory trainings - Ensure all training packs are updated regularly and provide feedback from SMEs - Track learning curve of new joiners and maintain training records - Liaise with GBS Learning team and manage stakeholder relationships - Facilitate external certifications for staff and ensure industry knowledge updates - Lead by example in building culture and values, assess training needs, and manage Training requirements - Track individual staff training completion, monitor e-learning, and maintain governance standards - Display exemplary conduct and ensure compliance with laws and regulations - Serve as a Director of the Board and exercise authorities delegated by the Board Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, banking, or related field - Certifications in banking-related fields About Standard Chartered: Standard Chartered is an international bank committed to making a positive difference for clients, communities, and employees.
