As a Senior Manager / Chief Manager Corporate Assurance at WABAG, your role involves leading the internal audit function with expertise in the EPC / Construction industry. You need to have 10 to 20 years of post-qualification experience, and immediate joiners are preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proficient in auditing techniques for various processes - Stay updated with changes in laws - Ability to read and interpret contractual clauses - Validate supplier bills - Manage ERP controls and reports effectively - Lead a team of Internal Audit professionals - Execute the audit plan within the defined timeline and maintain quality standards - Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in ICFR testing - Expertise in Direct, Indirect Taxes & statutory compliances - Assist the Head of Internal Audit in planning audits - Review internal controls and recommend improvements - Independently conduct project audits - Experience in Audit / Analytical Tools is preferred - Review SOPs and suggest improvements - Implement cost control techniques - Possess good presentation skills **Qualifications Required:** - CA / CMA / MBA The job location for this position is in Chennai, India.
