Senior Manager Business Assurance

As a Senior Manager Business Assurance in Pune, your role will involve working on Control Change management, control remediation, audit coordination, and closure. You will be responsible for: - Validating new controls or changes in the design of existing controls for business process changes, application changes, and regulatory changes (Manual, IT Dependant, Configured, and IT General Controls). - Collaborating with control owners/performers to remediate control deficiencies. - Coordinating management audit and Statutory Audit for facilitating walkthroughs for controls and monitoring audit closure. - Supporting the Business Assurance team in drafting controls, analyzing SAP data, and making presentations. You will interact with internal stakeholders such as business process owners and Group Control tower, as well as external stakeholders like Statutory Auditors and external consultants. Desired Candidate Profile: - Experience with SOX/IFC controls and compliances. Skills & Competencies: - Proficiency in SAP and MS Office. - Qualifications in CA or MBA with CISA/DISA.
