Senior Manager - Banking Alliances

As the Pricing & Profitability Manager for PG products at our company, you will be responsible for managing the pricing and profitability charter for various products including Cards, UPI, NACH, Card EMI, and NB. Your role will involve building an AOP & Key initiative plan in collaboration with Banking & technology partners. You will utilize your relationships with Banking Partners to drive key metrics such as Recovery, Dispute management, and Pricing. Additionally, you will work on building and growing the business portfolio with Banking Partners and establishing relationships with key stakeholders within the banks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Finance, Product, Operations, and finance will be crucial to ensure the development of the best customer-centric product experience. You will also manage relationships with key banking partners, fintech companies, and issuing focused cobrands/network. Your responsibilities will include driving pre-sales activities, commercial negotiations, agreements, customer delivery, and implementation of solutions across a set of mapped banks and fintech companies. To excel in this role, you should possess strong business acumen and a focus on customer advocacy. Being a passionate advocate of digital transformation and technology-driven processes will be key. You should be a high-energy team player with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Proficiency in business thinking, stakeholder management, program management, and soft skills like PPT, Excel, and Documentation are essential for success in this position. While not mandatory, having experience in FinTech or Technology organizations, as well as exposure to the startup ecosystem or product/technology-driven organizations, would be advantageous for this role.,
