Role & responsibilities

Residential Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and manage a team of residential sales executives
Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and annual targets
Handle walk-in clients, site visits, negotiations, and closures
Develop and execute sales strategies for ongoing and upcoming residential projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients
Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and campaign execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies in Mumbai
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for senior management
Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Mumbais residential real estate market
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to close high-value residential deals
Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Strategic thinking with a target-oriented mindset
Ability to manage channel sales and direct sales simultaneously

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred)
