Job Title: Senior Manager - AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) Location: Bangalore Experience: 10-15 years Job Description: We are currently searching for an experienced and highly analytical Senior Manager to join our AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy, developing innovative AI solutions, and leading a team of data scientists to deliver high-quality AI projects. Responsibilities: 1. Lead the AI CoE, playing a critical role in setting the strategy and driving the execution of AI projects. 2. Develop and implement AI solutions and strategies, focusing on areas such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and other AI technologies. 3. Oversee the development of AI models, ensuring they are designed and implemented with the highest data quality and integrity. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify AI opportunities. 5. Drive the adoption of AI and Machine Learning across the organization by training and mentoring team members. 6. Manage the migration of data, ensuring its accuracy and relevance for AI models. 7. Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies to ensure the AI CoE is always at the forefront of innovation. 8. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices. Skills and Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or related fields. 2. Proven experience in leading an AI team or AI projects. 3. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the business context. 4. Excellent leadership and team management skills. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically. 6. Proficiency in AI programming languages such as Python, R, etc. 7. Experience with data migration. 8. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 9. Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred. Required Skills NLP, ML
