Job Summary: Lal Sweets Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the FMCG and confectionery industry, is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Manager Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in receivable management, credit control, and financial reconciliation, preferably within the FMCG or Retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.

Monitor customer accounts, collections, and credit limits to maintain healthy cash flow.

Review AR aging reports and take proactive actions to minimize overdue receivables.

Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.

Drive credit management processes and ensure adherence to risk control policies.

Prepare AR MIS reports, dashboards, and cash flow forecasts for management review.

Ensure accurate accounting entries, reconciliations, and timely month-end closures in Oracle/SAP.

Supervise and mentor the AR team, ensuring operational excellence.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvement.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable and credit control processes.

Hands-on experience with Oracle or SAP ERP systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

Experience in FMCG or Retail industry is mandatory
