Senior Manager Accounts, Compliance, Import-Export & Back-End Operations

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and managing back-end operations, accounts, compliance, and import-export functions for the organization. Your expertise in accounting, logistics compliance, statutory compliance, import/export activities, and bank licensing will be crucial in this role. Additionally, your proven leadership and team management skills will be essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day accounting operations to ensure the accuracy of financial records. - Review and ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, reconciliations, and statutory filings. - Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws. - Maintain accurate documentation for audits and statutory inspections. - Implement best practices for compliance management to mitigate regulatory risks. - Manage all import and export-related documentation, processes, and compliance. - Ensure adherence to DGFT, Customs, FEMA, and RBI guidelines. Qualification Required: - Several years of experience in accounting. - Knowledge of import and export documents. - Experience in coordination with CHA'S and Freight Forwarder.
