We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to oversee back-end operations, accounts, compliance, and import-export functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, logistics compliance, statutory compliance, import/export activities, and bank licensing, coupled with demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the following key areas: Accounts Management: - Supervising day-to-day accounting operations to maintain the accuracy of financial records. - Reviewing and ensuring the timely preparation of MIS reports, reconciliations, and statutory filings. Compliance & Statutory Obligations: - Ensuring full compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other relevant laws. - Keeping meticulous documentation for audits and statutory inspections. - Implementing best practices for compliance management to mitigate regulatory risks. Import-Export Operations: - Handling all import and export-related documentation, processes, and compliance requirements. - Ensuring strict adherence to guidelines set by DGFT, Customs, FEMA, and RBI. The role may involve coordination with CHA'S and Freight Forwarders, hence experience in this aspect will be beneficial. Additionally, familiarity with import and export documents is preferred.
