Senior Manager Accounts, Compliance, Import-Export & Back-End Operations

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to oversee back-end operations, accounts, compliance, and import-export functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, logistics compliance, statutory compliance, import/export activities, and bank licensing, coupled with demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the following key areas: Accounts Management: - Supervising day-to-day accounting operations to maintain the accuracy of financial records. - Reviewing and ensuring the timely preparation of MIS reports, reconciliations, and statutory filings. Compliance & Statutory Obligations: - Ensuring full compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other relevant laws. - Keeping meticulous documentation for audits and statutory inspections. - Implementing best practices for compliance management to mitigate regulatory risks. Import-Export Operations: - Handling all import and export-related documentation, processes, and compliance requirements. - Ensuring strict adherence to guidelines set by DGFT, Customs, FEMA, and RBI.
