Senior Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance Strategy

  : Develop, implement, and oversee preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.

• Troubleshooting & Repair

  : Diagnose and execute complex repairs on electrical systems, control panels, and automation systems.

• Team Leadership

  : Supervise, train, and guide junior technicians and site staff.

• Downtime Reduction

  : Collaborate with production to minimize breakdowns and optimize machine performance.

• Safety & Compliance

  : Enforce strict adherence to Factory Acts, electrical safety rules, and conduct risk assessments.

• Documentation & Reporting

  : Maintain records, generate reliability reports, and manage spare parts inventory.

• Project Support

  : Assist in machinery upgrades, new installations, commissioning, and handover processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or B.E in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• Valid

  “B” Certificate

  (Competency Certificate for Electrical Supervisor/Chief Operator).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 15–30 days preferred.
