• Own end-to-end ML workflows including training, inference, and evaluation
• Develop production-grade models using structured & unstructured data
• Make architectural decisions and evaluate technical trade-offs
• Review code and maintain high engineering standards
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong ML culture
• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science or related field (preferably IIT/NIT/IISC alumni)
• Strong foundation in ML algorithms (classical ML) and system design
• Experience deploying ML models at scale in production
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with real-time or time-series data
• Exposure to on-prem or edge ML deployments
• Background in startup or fast-paced product environments
