Legal Research & DraftingConduct in-depth research on statutes, case laws, and policy matters.Draft legal notes, petitions, replies, contracts, and policy briefs.Prepare case summaries, client updates, and internal knowledge notes.II. AI-Assisted Legal & Corporate OperationsUse tools like ChatGPT, Gamma, Jasper, and Notion AI to draft, summarize, and analyze legal content.Create pitch decks, presentations, and compliance reports using MS-PowerPoint and Google Workspace.Maintain research databases, case trackers, and documentation systems.III. Executive & Coordination SupportAssist in scheduling, minutes of meeting (MoM) preparation, and client communications.Supervise intern teams and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and documentation quality.Handle cross-departmental coordination between legal, PR, and business teams.Who You AreEducation: Law graduate (LL.B/LL.M) or pursuing final year.Experience: 01 year (internships in law firms, chambers, or policy work preferred).
