Senior Legal Executive

As a member of the Flipkart Online marketplace legal team, you will be responsible for handling legal matters for various Flipkart platform entities including Flipkart Internet, Myntra, Shopsy, Jeevs, F1, Yaantra, ANS, and FCC. Your main tasks will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as providing legal advice. Your role will require you to independently draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, offer documents, advertisements, and PR materials. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct research, provide advisory services, and assist in the onboarding of law firms. Key Responsibilities: - Handle legal work for Flipkart Internet, Shopsy, FCC, and Yaantra. - Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, offer documents, advertisements, and PR materials. - Conduct research and provide advisory services. - Assist in onboarding law firms. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - LLB degree with 2 to 5 years of experience in contract drafting. - Proficiency in negotiating agreements. - Strong communication skills. - Excellent research abilities. - Ability to work well in a team and willingness to learn new tasks.,
