Additionally, you will deliver leadership training programs to diverse, global audiences, facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, and oversee the operational aspects of L&D programs. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Certification in instructional design, training facilitation, or related areas is desired. Your proven track record in designing and delivering leadership development programs, along with your experience in managing learning operations in a corporate environment, will be valuable assets.
