Experience: 6 9 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Work Mode: Hybrid (1 day/week from client office)

Are you an expert Salesforce developer looking for a dynamic opportunity where you can contribute to technical solutions and mentor a team?

Join us as a Senior/Lead Engineer (IC Role) to work on impactful initiatives in the Salesforce ecosystem especially in Service, Sales, and Health Cloud domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide teams in design, deployment, and maintenance processes

Collaborate with architects for technical solutioning

Analyze user needs and system requirements

Ensure optimal system performance through smart configurations and integration

Drive agile practices and ensure high-quality deliverables

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Community/Experience Cloud, Health Cloud)

Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs (MuleSoft knowledge is a bonus)

Salesforce deployment tools knowledge

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Qualification:

Bachelor s in Computer Science or equivalent

Salesforce certifications (Dev/Admin/Architect) are a plus
