Senior / Lead QA Engineer

As a Senior / Lead QA Engineer at Kilowott, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of our digital products and solutions. Your primary focus will be on product quality, user experience, and long-term reliability. Here is what you can expect in this role: - Own the end-to-end QA process for multiple products and releases. - Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams to align with functional and business goals. - Define and implement test strategies, automation frameworks, and QA best practices. - Conduct manual and automated testing covering functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing. - Identify, document, and track defects to ensure timely resolution. - Drive continuous improvement in product quality and testing efficiency. - Mentor and guide junior QA team members to establish a quality-driven culture. - Participate in release management and post-deployment validation. To excel in this role, you should have: - 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity. - Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and QA processes. - Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. - Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, or similar. - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Strong analytical skills with a product and user-first mindset. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects and stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience working on digital products or SaaS platforms. - Knowledge of UI/UX quality standards and cross-platform testing. - Exposure to cloud-based testing environments like AWS, Azure, etc. At Kilowott, you will have the opportunity to work on global digital products that have a significant impact.
