Senior Lead Project Manager

About the Role:

The Senior Lead Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the execution of high-profile, complex interior design projects from start to finish. This role involves providing strategic leadership, driving project success, and ensuring alignment with client objectives, design standards, and company goals. The Lead Project Manager manages all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, resources, and stakeholder communication, while mentoring and guiding a team of project managers and design professionals.

• Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:

  Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, internal teams, contractors, and consultants, providing regular project updates and progress reports.

• Process Improvement and Innovation:

• You are a project management professional with at least 12+ years of experience in the building construction industry.
• You hold a diploma or degree in project management, construction management, or a related field.
