Job Description

As a highly accomplished Learning & Development leader with 10+ years of progressive experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people capability agenda, building a Development Center of Excellence, and driving long-term succession planning and continuous learning culture across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute the organization-wide Learning & Development strategy aligned to business growth and talent needs. - Establish and operationalize a Development Center for talent assessment, capability building, and leadership readiness. - Drive succession planning frameworks and leadership pipelines for business-critical roles. - Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent development, organizational learning, and culture building. - Design, develop, and implement structured learning journeys, academies, and certification programs for all levels from entry-level to senior leaders. - Curate bespoke learning modules across technical, behavioral, leadership, and functional competencies. - Leverage digital platforms, simulations, and blended learning models to ensure scalability and engagement. - Introduce coaching and mentoring programs for managers and high-potential employees. - Create and monitor learning dashboards and KPIs to measure effectiveness, ROI, and business impact. - Drive competency mapping and career progression frameworks for all roles. - Integrate learning outcomes into performance management and talent reviews. - Partner with business heads to co-create training roadmaps tailored to functional priorities. - Build and manage relationships with global training partners, universities, and industry experts. - Benchmark L&D practices with market leaders and introduce innovative, future-forward learning solutions. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Masters degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related discipline. - 10 plus years of proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development. - Demonstrated success in building L&D functions or centers of excellence in mid to large organizations. - Deep expertise in succession planning, leadership development, competency frameworks, and large-scale learning interventions. - Experience in implementing and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and blended learning models. - Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management experience at leadership level.,
