Implementation and support for various IPX Services, ensuring smooth operations, timely resolution of customer issues, and high-quality service delivery.
b) Major Activities:
Handling of Customer complaints from IPX customers.
Supporting Solution / Sales / Product and Engineering team on their requests/Projects.Manage change requests: planning, execution, and review with minimal service impact.Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting for escalated technical issues.Prepare monthly reports for customers and internal teams.Manage team activities including roster, knowledge sharing, and performance monitoring.Perform ticket audits, provide feedback, and drive quality improvements.24/7 availability for team during outage / Escalation.

a) Essential Qualifications:
Graduation in Electronics and Telecom/IT/Computers Engineering
b) Requisite Skills:
Technical
In-depth knowledge of Cisco, Alcatel, and Juniper routing and switching platforms.
Hands-on implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Cisco, Juniper, and Alcatel Lucent routers and switches.Strong understanding of L2 technologies (VLANs, VTP, STP, Port Security, EtherChannel - LACP/PAGP, Stack, VSS, SPAN).Proficient in managing IP routing protocols (Static, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and network services (IPSLA, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, NTP, NAT, FTP, Telnet, Syslog, SSH, ACL, HSRP/VRRP).Knowledge of VPN technologies (MPLS VPN, DMVPN, GRE, IPSec).Understanding of QoS concepts, MPLS, and basic MPLS Traffic Engineering.Strong knowledge of Firewall technologies and IPsec concepts.
Functional
Good understanding MPLS network, BGP/OSPF. Strong background in customer management, escalation handling, change management, quality audits, and team management.
