As a Talent Development (TD) Partner at ValueMomentum in Hyderabad, you will play a key role in shaping the professional growth and effectiveness of employees. Your primary responsibility will be to devise and execute comprehensive training programs that empower the workforce to evolve and excel in their roles. By collaborating closely with Business and TD teams, you will conduct thorough assessments of employees" learning needs and craft targeted programs to address those needs effectively. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about training and development, contributing significantly to the organization's success by fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify specific learning needs, tailoring training programs accordingly. - Nurture individuals to acquire skills and leverage learning technology effectively. - Coach individuals on learning from daily work and interactions, managing their professional development. - Design learning materials such as presentations, infographics, videos, etc. - Evaluate training effectiveness, implementing changes to enhance programs. - Maintain detailed training records and provide progress updates to the L&D Lead regularly. - Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, location coordination, and accommodation arrangements to ensure an efficient learning environment. - Contribute to cultivating a learning-centric ethos for individual and organizational growth. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Development, training, or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.,
