Job Description

Role Summary

Senior Landscape Architects manage project teams, provide design direction, and ensure technical excellence from concept through construction. Ideal candidates bring creativity, project management skills, and a passion for mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design development, documentation, and construction coordination.
Manage teams and timelines for mid to large-scale projects.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
Contribute to proposals and project presentations.
Mentor junior staff and provide design critiques.

Requirements

Professional degree in Landscape Architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and 3D modelling software (e.g., Rhino, Lumion).
Experience with sustainable design and native planting.
Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
