Senior Key Account Manager- Sales

Role Overview: As an Enterprise (Whale Account) Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a platinum portfolio of large enterprise clients, especially in eCom, Quick commerce, Food Delivery, etc. You will work closely with other stakeholders and support teams within the organization, such as Banking Ops, Banking Alliances, On-boarding, L&C, Finance, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Job requires 3 working days in the office and frequent client meetings. - Preference for establishing relationships with large e-commerce, Quick commerce, Food Delivery platforms, etc. - Manage existing accounts to ensure revenue growth and product array expansion through cross-selling. - Collaborate closely with the regional business lead in strategic and tactical planning for the region. - Conduct product presentations, demos, commercial negotiations, and agreement closures. - Serve as the first point of contact from the business team for merchant queries. - Achieve allocated quarterly and yearly sales targets for the southern region. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. - Collaborative working style; must excel in a team environment.
