Job Description

Location:

Preferably Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, or Hyderabad. Confirming with customer.

Experience:

15-18 Years work experience, out of which minimum 3-4 years of hands-on JIRA (cloud) admin experience.

Responsibilities:

Analyze current JIRA Service instance (screens, issue types, workflows, custom scripts, plug-ins) and create specifications for Cloud Migration
Analyze existing custom scripts, re-write those scripts to work on JIRA Cloud
Analyze the usage of existing JIRA plug-ins and test them in Cloud environment
Create and organize projects
Configure project layout, design, workflow, and dashboard
Manage Jira settings, projects, and workflows
Grant users and groups permissions to view or modify data

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering, CS, MIS, or commensurate work experience in a related field
Linux, DB administration, JVM tuning
In depts knowledge of
JIRA Cloud and experience in JIRA Cloud administration
Knowledge of custom scripting
Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks
