Job Title : Senior JavaScript & React Developer Experience Required : 7+ Years Location : Remote Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced JavaScript & React Developer with 7+ years of professional experience in building modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js and JavaScript, with a passion for clean, maintainable code and user-focused design. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of large-scale frontend applications using React.js Build reusable, maintainable components and libraries Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and backend developers Drive architecture decisions and enforce best practices in performance, code quality, and maintainability Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to the team Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in frontend technologies Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development 5+ years of experience working with React.js Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 Strong experience with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Context API Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests using tools like Jest, Mocha, or React Testing Library Experience integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL Solid understanding of build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn Familiar with responsive design , cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards Nice to Have: Experience with TypeScript Exposure to Next.js or server-side rendering Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) Knowledge of backend development (Node.js) is a plus Show more Show less
