Job Overview : We are looking for a highly experienced Java Solutions Architect (20+ years) with strong hands-on coding skills and the ability to design, navigate, and implement complex technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java, cloud-native architectures, and OpenShift, while working closely with architects and leadership teams. Immediate joiners preferred. Key Responsibilities : Hands-On Coding & Solution Development : - Actively contribute to coding, debugging, and optimizing Java-based enterprise solutions. - Design and implement scalable, cloud-native architectures using modern Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Quarkus, Micronaut, etc.). - Provide deep technical expertise in microservices, APIs, and distributed systems. Technical Solution Navigation & Architecture : - Work closely with architects and development teams to design robust technical solutions. - Evaluate scalability, performance, and security aspects of architectures. - Guide teams in adopting best practices for CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization. OpenShift & Cloud-Native Implementation : - Strong experience in Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and container orchestration. - Design, deploy, and manage applications on OpenShift-based cloud platforms. - Optimize workloads and microservices architecture for high availability and performance. Collaboration & Leadership : - Work with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to align solutions with business goals. - Provide technical mentorship to engineers and architects. - Drive innovation and modernization initiatives in enterprise applications. - Immediate Joiners Only Required Skills & Qualifications : - 20+ years of experience in Java development & enterprise architecture - Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs - Hands-on experience with OpenShift (must-have) and containerized applications - Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) - Experience in high-performance, distributed systems & event-driven architecture - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Quarkus, Micronaut, or Reactive Java frameworks - Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) - Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Ansible) - Expertise in security best practices and compliance Why Join Us? - Lead high-impact enterprise solutions in a cutting-edge tech environment - Competitive salary and executive-level career growth opportunities - Work with top architects, tech leaders, and OpenShift specialists
