Job Overview. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Software Engineer to join our team at CIAR Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Senior Java Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our innovative software solutions for the restaurant and hotel management industry. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Qualifications And Skills. 7 to 10 years of experience as a Java Software Engineer, with a focus on enterprise-level application development. Strong proficiency in advanced Java programming, with expertise in multi-threading, distributed systems, and performance optimization. Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles. Experience with project management and Agile methodologies. Proven track record in conducting code reviews and ensuring high code quality. Proficiency in system design, including scalability, reliability, and performance considerations. Good knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, and Angular frameworks. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Roles And Responsibilities. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback. Conduct system design and architecture reviews to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. Troubleshoot and debug issues, and propose and implement solutions. Participate in Agile software development practices, including planning, grooming, and retrospectives. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively apply them to enhance our software solutions. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and guidance. Work Location Chennai (Nungambakkam). Looking for Immediate Joiners.
