IT Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Atlassian Administration

  Jira Administration, Jira Service Management, workflows, and Confluence Administration.

• Google Workspace Administration

  user management, configuration, and policy enforcement.

• Zoho Suite Experience

  setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• System & Network Monitoring

  – configuring and maintaining firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and other network devices.
• Provide

  end-user support

  and troubleshoot technical issues across Windows, Mac OS, and Ubuntu environments.
• Assist with

  hardware and software issues

  to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Manage

  IT assets and device assignments

  , maintenance, and lifecycle tracking.
• Conduct

  regular audits

  of IT assets, applications, and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Maintain accurate

  IT documentation

  , SOPs, and system knowledge base.
• Configure and

  scale IT systems and networks

  for a rapidly growing organization.
• Collaborate with

  global teams

  and provide technical support across geographies.
• Perform other duties as required within the scope of IT operations.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:

  4–7 years in IT Support, System & Network Administration, or IT Management.

• Expertise in Atlassian Tools

  – Jira Administration, Jira Service Management, Confluence.
• Strong

  Google Workspace Administration

  knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with

  Zoho tools

  .
• Proficiency in

  network monitoring, device configuration, and troubleshooting

  .
• Advanced knowledge of

  Windows, Mac OS, and Ubuntu

  systems (preferred).
• Strong

  problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

  .
• Ability to

  manage multiple priorities

  in a fast-paced environment.
