As a Senior IT Solutions Consultant specializing in SAP at DHL IT Services, you will play a crucial role in a global team of over 6000 IT professionals. Working in the vibrant Indore office, you will focus on ensuring timely delivery of DHL packages worldwide while upholding customer data security. Your responsibilities will include providing second/third level operational support, investigating and resolving incidents, and collaborating with various IT support teams and specialists. Effective communication with vendors regarding technology-related issues will also be a key aspect of your role.
