At Square Yards, we’re offering a fast-track career opportunity where performance meets rewards — and your growth is in your hands. 🚀 💡 What You’ll Be Doing: Generating leads via verified pincode cold calling data ☎️ Understanding customer needs & offering tailored property solutions 🏘️ Conducting 5-6 property site visits per week 🗓️ Driving deal closures & hitting monthly targets 🎯 Building strong, long-term client relationships 👥 Keeping the CRM pipeline updated 📋 👀 Who Should Apply? ✅ 6 months – 1 year of sales experience in any industry ✅ Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period ✅ Strong communication & closing skills ✅ Self-driven, target-oriented attitude ✅ Willingness to travel for meetings/site visits ✅ Fluent in English/Hindi/Tamil or local language (Kannada) 👀 Compensation and Benefits : ○ Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (~INR 35K plus per month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers) ○ Earn 10% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months (Avg 1 deal/month) ○ CTC – 4 to 5.5 Lakh Fixed (Experienced Only) ○ 5 Day work week ○ Earn ESOPs on every deal closed ○ Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets ○ Upon achieving 6+ deals, you will be eligible for managing teams ○ International opportunities based on performance and tenure *2- Wheeler is Mandatory as the work requires clients meetings* 📈 Career Growth Highlights: Quarterly Salary Hikes: 🔹 3 Deals = 10% Hike 🔹 6 Deals = 21% Hike 🔹 9 Deals = 33% Hike Incentives: 🔸 Up to 5X → 5% 🔸 Beyond 5X → 40% Revenue Share Immediate Joiners Preferred
