Senior Investigating Officer

As an Investigating Officer at All India Football Federation, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity of Indian football by conducting thorough investigations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a culture of fair play. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting investigations into allegations of match-fixing, corruption, doping, or other integrity violations. - Collecting and analyzing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing detailed investigation reports. - Coordinating with legal and regulatory authorities to pursue legal action against misconduct. - Preparing regular reports on integrity-related activities and risks. - Investigating and reporting eligibility fraud. You will also be responsible for: - Developing and delivering integrity education and awareness programs for players, coaches, officials, and other stakeholders. - Providing guidance and support on integrity-related matters. - Monitoring compliance with the integrity framework and regulations. - Conducting audits to identify and address compliance gaps. - Implementing effective monitoring and reporting systems to track potential risks. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - Retired Inspector and above, with preference given to Officers from CBI/Economic Offences Wing/Anti-Corruption Bureau/Vigilance. - Proven experience in investigations, compliance, or risk management. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong ethical principles and commitment to fair play.
