As part of the UAE-based growing International Tax practice, you will focus on International Tax and Transaction Services. We are seeking individuals with a strong tax advisory background to further expand our Tax team. Your responsibilities will include proactively maintaining your technical knowledge to advise clients effectively, mastering various areas of direct taxation, interacting with key stakeholders, supporting go-to-market activities, and participating in internal development and training sessions. We will invest in the right training for you and offer opportunities on challenging projects to develop your tax career. Project contributions may involve tasks such as setting up or reorganizing tax structures in the UAE or wider MENA region, group structure reorganization, reviewing operating models and agreements from a tax perspective, assessing Agency Permanent Establishment risks, reviewing holding structures, and developing tax risk management guidelines. Qualifications and experience required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant international tax or direct tax advisory experience. Additional skills such as experience in the European, UK, or Middle Eastern tax markets, organizational skills, project delivery expertise, analytical capabilities, and strong communication skills will be advantageous.
