Role Overview:

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, driving recruitment strategies, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process. Youll also contribute to employer branding efforts and continuously improve recruiting strategies to attract diverse and highly skilled talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment

    : Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Strategic Sourcing

    : Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent through a variety of channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking, etc.).
  • Stakeholder Management

    : Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements, provide regular updates, and align on candidate profiles.
  • Candidate Experience

    : Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear and timely communication.
  • Employer Branding

    : Promote [Company Name] as an employer of choice, attending career fairs, networking events, and representing the company at industry-specific conferences.
  • Recruitment Analytics

    : Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Mentoring

    : Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters and other team members, helping develop their recruiting skills.
  • Compliance & Best Practices

    : Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience

    : 2+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills

    :
    • Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment tools.
    • Proven experience with sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and job boards.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
    • Strong decision-making skills and ability to assess candidates quickly.
    • Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Education

    : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
