Job Title: Senior Site Supervisor – Interior Projects Location: Coimbatore Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 4 years in modular kitchen, wardrobe & interior execution Industry: Interior Design / Modular Interiors / Residential Projects Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Site Supervisor with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and residential/commercial interior works . The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the site execution process, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and smooth client coordination. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior projects including modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete home interiors. Interpret design drawings and execute as per approved layouts and technical specifications. Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, electricians, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor quality, material usage, and ensure proper installation standards are maintained. Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Maintain daily work progress reports and site checklists. Ensure that the project is completed within the stipulated timeline and budget. Identify and solve on-site execution issues proactively. Coordinate closely with the design and operations team to ensure accurate implementation. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in site supervision for interior projects. Strong knowledge in execution of modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceiling, electrical, and civil finishing work. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and BOQs. Good communication and team management skills. Proficient in basic computer tools like MS Excel and WhatsApp-based reporting. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred. Language proficiency in Tamil and English is an added advantage. Willingness to work on-site full-time and handle multiple projects if required.
