Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Senior Interior Draftsman. The Senior Interior Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed interior design drafts, working closely with architects and designers to develop plans that meet project specifications. Daily tasks include preparing technical drawings, collaborating with project teams, ensuring designs adhere to building codes and regulations, and making necessary revisions based on feedback. The individual will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing technical expertise and quality assurance throughout the design process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software
• Experience with interior design and space planning
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior drafting roles
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
