Senior interior draftsman

We are seeking a Senior Interior Draftsman with over 6 years of experience, possessing a meticulous attention to detail, advanced technical knowledge in woodwork detailing, and effective leadership abilities to supervise teams and coordinate effectively with consultants. As a Senior Interior Draftsman, your primary responsibilities will include generating precise interior drawings with a specific emphasis on woodwork and joinery. You will be tasked with supervising and mentoring a team of junior draftsmen to ensure accuracy and consistency across all drawings. Additionally, close collaboration with various consultants, such as MEP and structural professionals, will be essential to guarantee seamless project integration. Your role will also involve reviewing and enhancing shop drawings, BOQs, and material specifications, as well as liaising with design and site teams to facilitate smooth project execution and prompt delivery. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong command of CAD and other relevant drafting tools, as well as a comprehensive understanding of interior detailing, materials, and finishes, particularly in the realm of woodwork. Excellent coordination and communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
