About the Role

Zara James Studio is seeking experienced Senior Interior Designers to lead design projects from concept to completion. The role requires creative vision, technical proficiency, and strong leadership to ensure each project reflects our design excellence and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, delivering innovative and functional design solutions.

• Prepare, review, and finalize design drawings, BOQs, and project deliverables.

• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams.

• Supervise and mentor junior designers and interns, ensuring quality and consistency.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables efficiently.

• Conduct site visits for implementation review and quality checks.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for seamless execution.

• Maintain project documentation including Drawing Register, Revision Register, and Change Logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in interior design.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (Revit is a plus).

• Strong design leadership, client-handling, and project management skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
